Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the UpTaskPro Subscription Services ("Subscription Services") between service providers ("Providers") and clients ("Clients") on the UpTaskPro platform ("Platform"). By utilizing Subscription Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, UpTaskPro's general Terms of Service, and any other applicable policies or agreements.

2. Subscription Services

Subscription Services facilitate automatic recurring payments for ongoing services between Providers and Clients. By opting into Subscription Services, Clients authorize UpTaskPro to process payments in accordance with the agreed-upon subscription terms.

3. Consent and Authorization

Clients must provide a valid payment method and explicitly consent to UpTaskPro initiating recurring payments on their behalf. Providers and Clients may modify subscription terms, pricing, or frequency, with mutual consent, through the Platform.

4. Payment Frequency

Subscription payments can be set to recur on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, as agreed upon by both parties. The Client's payment method will be charged automatically according to the selected frequency. Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for these payments.

5. Canceling and Refunds

Either party may cancel the subscription at any time. Canceling will prevent the initiation of the next billing cycle, and no further payments will be processed unless the subscription is resumed. Any disputes or refund requests should be addressed in accordance with UpTaskPro's general Terms of Service and dispute resolution procedures.

6. Liability and Indemnity

By using Subscription Services, Providers and Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless UpTaskPro, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of Subscription Services or any breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UpTaskPro is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
