At UpTaskPro, we aim to provide transparency about the fees and charges associated with using our platform. Below is an overview of the service fees for both clients and Task Pros, as well as additional charges for specific services. Please review this page to understand how fees are applied on UpTaskPro.

1. Service Fees for Clients

Clients are charged a service fee for every successfully completed project. The service fee is calculated as a percentage of the total project cost and is deducted when payment is made.

2. Service Fees for Task Pros

Task Pros are charged a service fee on the payments they receive from clients. The service fee is deducted when the payment is processed.

3. Milestone Payments

UpTaskPro encourages clients and Task Pros to break larger projects into milestone payments. Milestones provide added security and ensure work is delivered incrementally. The standard service fees apply to each milestone payment.

4. Withdrawal Fees

Task Pros can withdraw their earnings through various payment methods. Withdrawal fees depend on the method selected.

5. Additional Charges

UpTaskPro may charge additional fees for optional services. These services include but are not limited to:

• Featured Project: $10.00 USD per project. Featuring a project increases its visibility on the platform.
• Urgent Project: $10.00 USD per project. Marking a project as urgent helps you find Task Pros faster.
• Project Extension: If you need to extend a project deadline, additional fees may apply. Contact support for assistance.

6. Taxes

All service fees and charges are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Users are responsible for any taxes imposed by their local authorities.
