Copyright Infringement Policy

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

UpTaskPro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited on our platform.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your material was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which UpTaskPro may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

UpTaskPro reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are subject to repeated infringement claims. We may also limit access to the platform or take other appropriate actions against users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Misrepresentation

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. UpTaskPro will take appropriate action against any party who submits fraudulent or malicious infringement notifications or counter-notifications.

6. Modifications to Policy

UpTaskPro reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims.
